Coppicing
Coppicing can be a great way to rejuvenate an overstood hedge. We ensure a high standard of work including angled cuts on stools to help good regrowth. Coppicing can be used in combination with gapping up very effectively. Full grant funding available through CSS Capital Grants.

The Capital Grant Scheme 2023 is now open for applications.
Capacity is limited and we expect the Capital Grant Scheme to be oversubscribed. The RPA have said that applications will be dealt with on a first come first served basis. Payment rates have increased significantly and often a grant will more than cover the cost of the work.
